Ice Cream at Sky Acres [44N] PIREP
June 19th, 2009. Filed under: $100 Hamburgers.want to let everyone know of this wonderful ice cream shop that opened at Sky Acres Airport (44N) last year.
I just returned from there after having a wonderful treat with my daughter. Ice cream while watching airplanes take off and land with a beautiful orange sunset lighting up big puffy clouds.
They opened it up last year, Memorial weekend. It’s owned by the same family that runs the restaurant. They serve delicious Edy’s ice cream but also have an assortment of novelty bars and such.

Thurs-Sunday 12:00p-8:30p
Location:
Its a small shed-like building on the south side the barn.
If you’re looking for a summer evening excuse to go somewhere, I recommend that you place this at the top of your list.
